By Buying Or Selling Your Property With Me

In order to be eligible for this program, the selling/purchase price of the property must exceed $5M, and the amount of commission received by my office at Nelson Shelton and Associates shall be at least 2.5%. Fifty percent of my personal commission will be placed into the account of the film project and spent on its production. You will receive a credit of a producer, the DVD copy of the film, and up to 15% of my personal income from the revenue that particular film would ever generate.
