Prior to getting busy with the real estate I used to volunteer for different non-profit organizations, which were helping elderly and poor of the Los Angeles community*. As my time does not allow me to do that work any longer, my referral program is designed to continue helping the needy. This is how:
I will donate 5% of my commission to the charity of your choice when you buy or sell your home with me. Refer me a friend and your charity will receive another 5% upon the closing of escrow. Your friend’s charity will also receive 5% paid out of my commission.
Together we can make a difference! One homeless person who will get the roof over his head, one child who will get a book or a toy, one elderly who will be fed – what can be more important than to know that YOU made it happen!
